I'm a mom of 2, and owner of Strong & Fit Coaching. I am super passionate about what I do because I once found myself stuck in the binge and restrict cycle. My confidence was low and I felt so frustrated with myself and body.
I started learning more about nutrition, body image, training, and found myself with a drive to spread everything I learned with other busy moms.
